1. About These Terms
This website, sknboost.com, is operated by SKN:BOOST (“SKN:BOOST”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@sknboost.com.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and every order placed through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. These Terms are written in English and all contracts are concluded in English. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Professional Supply
We supply professional-use products to businesses, practitioners and trade customers, and our contracts of sale are supplied on a business-to-business basis. By placing an order you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years of age; you are purchasing for professional or business purposes; you are appropriately trained, qualified and insured to use the products ordered; and you will not administer any product without the training, certification and insurance appropriate to it.
Products are supplied for use in your own professional practice and on your own clients. You agree not to purchase products for resale without our prior written agreement.
3. Product Information
We take care to describe products accurately, including composition, pack contents, storage requirements and country of origin. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary between manufacturer batches. Manufacturer information, including inserts and labelling, is provided by the manufacturer and we are not responsible for its accuracy. We do not provide treatment protocols, dosage guidance or clinical advice. Suitability, technique and treatment decisions are a matter for the treating practitioner’s own training and judgement.
4. Regulatory Status and Professional Responsibility
Products sold on this website carry the regulatory status stated on their product pages. It is your responsibility as a professional to satisfy yourself that any product is appropriate for your intended use, that your use complies with the laws, regulations and professional standards applicable to you, and that your insurance covers that use. We make no representation that any product is suitable for a particular treatment or purpose.
5. Ordering and Payment
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order, and a contract of sale is formed, when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or where we are not satisfied the order is for professional or business use; in that case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP £) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. SKN:BOOST is registered for VAT with effect from 1 July 2026; our VAT registration number is [VAT NUMBER] and appears on all invoices. A VAT invoice is issued with every order.
6. Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability are as shown at the time of order and may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund you in full. Promotional and subscriber pricing is available only to eligible customers and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, including delivery to a safe place, mailroom or communal area where you have requested or accepted this, evidenced by the courier’s tracking, GPS, photograph or signature. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and secure delivery address.
You must inspect the package and products on delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or photograph the damage before opening. Any transit damage, shortage or other issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with section 10, after which the goods are deemed accepted.
Temperature-sensitive products are dispatched with appropriate packaging for transit. On delivery, it is your responsibility to store all products in accordance with their stated storage requirements.
8. Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled without charge at any time before dispatch by emailing contact@sknboost.com with the order number. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled, and goods may not be returned, except as set out in section 10 or where we agree in writing, at our sole discretion, to accept a return. Goods returned without prior written authorisation may be refused. Our Refund Policy sets out the full terms applicable to cancellations, returns and claims, and forms part of these Terms.
9. Hygiene-Sealed, Sterile and Temperature-Sensitive Goods
Our products are sterile, hygiene-sensitive and in many cases cold-chain dependent. Once goods leave our controlled storage their handling can no longer be verified, and they cannot re-enter stock under any circumstances. Any product supplied in a sealed hygiene security bag is non-returnable if the bag has been opened, broken, resealed or tampered with, and perishable or temperature-sensitive products are non-returnable whether opened or not, other than under section 10.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must inspect all goods on delivery. Any issue with your order, including but not limited to transit damage, shortages, incorrect items or product faults, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, after which the goods are deemed accepted. Reports must be made to contact@sknboost.com and must include the order number, the batch and lot number of the affected item, and clear photographs of the product, all packaging, seals and the batch label. Retain the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved; claims cannot be processed for items that have been used, disposed of, or altered.
All claims are subject to verification before any remedy is provided. Every order is photographed prior to dispatch with its batch and lot numbers recorded, and claims are checked against our dispatch records. We may require the item to be returned to us for inspection before any replacement or refund is issued, in which case we will provide a prepaid label. Where a claim is verified, we will replace the item or refund it, at our option. Any item returned to us for any reason must match the batch and lot number dispatched to you; any mismatch, or any evidence of tampering, resealing, substitution or label removal, voids eligibility for any refund or replacement, and the goods will be disposed of without compensation. We reserve the right to refuse any claim that cannot be verified or that is inconsistent with our dispatch records. We are not responsible for damage or defects caused by misuse, or by storage or handling contrary to the product’s requirements, after delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product photography, images, text, product descriptions, graphics, page designs and code — is the property of SKN:BOOST or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Our original product photography is steganographically watermarked, and unauthorised copies are traceable to their source. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, or use any content from this website for any commercial purpose, including in competing listings, websites or marketing material, without our prior written consent. We actively monitor for infringement and enforce our rights, including by takedown notice and court proceedings.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that: our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order; we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss; and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use or administration of any product, from use contrary to the product’s instructions or storage requirements, or from use by any person who is not appropriately trained, qualified or insured. You are responsible for holding appropriate professional and product liability insurance for your own practice.
13. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, use automated systems to extract data from it, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or terminate access, and decline or cancel orders, from any customer we reasonably believe to be in breach of these Terms.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information, and forms part of these Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any documents expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your order. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
